Responsible for performing extensive detailed data analysis necessary toensure strict adherence to data quality guidelines.

This role will conduct full life-cycle activities to includerequirements gathering and analysis, T-SQL coding, developing analyticsand reporting capabilities, documentation, troubleshooting andremediation.

This person is essential to gaining a better insight into a client'sbusiness problem to be solved, formulating a data-driven approach tosolve the problem and finally, analyzing and drawing conclusions andpresenting findings.

Required Qualifications:

10 plus years of current experience creating, editing, and maintainingSQL code, including performance tuning.

5 years demonstrated involvement in end-to-end solutions for datamanagement and processing within a database environment utilizing SQL,T-SQL, procedures, etc.

Experience working in Sprint and Kanban organized projects.

Ability to develop analytical strategies to solve business problems -this involves understanding the business problem, identifying relevantdata, gathering and summarizing data meaningfully and applyingappropriate statistical analysis to identify causal relationships andpredict future outcomes. Deliverables must be high-quality with strongattention to detail.

1+ years of experience in writing functional specification documentationand leading cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise.
