SUMMARY
Responsible for strategic planning, clinical operation, fiscal management, and leadership of the Chemical Dependency program consistent with the Mission and Values of Rochester Regional Health's Behavioral Health Nework.

ATTRIBUTES
Licensure in a behavioral health-related field preferredOne year of experience preferred.Strong analytical, computer, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in clinical acumen required; Master's of Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Art Therapy preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership. Demonstrate local and regional leadership in behavioral health environment. Design an organizational structure to accomplish mission of BHN programs. Effectively direct and supervise each program's manager/supervisor/coordinator. Evaluate and identify training needs of staff and provide opportunities for staff development. Conduct regular staff meetings, ensuring effective communication, identification of opportunities for improvement, and appropriate staff access to management; initiate effective strategies to promote change.Strategy. Initiate marketing plans for additional services and assure its development and effective follow through. Work collaboratively with leadership, Chief of Service and other Service Line Directors to assure BHN goals are met. Mentor own and other staff regarding standards of care. Facilitate cross-training, portability, and integration of staff among all BHN programs, and affiliates.
Quality & Compliance. Assume operational leadership and oversight of existing programs and ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal viability. Assume responsibility for provision of exceptional quality of care, meeting expectations of BHN QI Plan, and quality planning and management. Participate on the Quality Council of the BHN by ensuring all incidents are thoroughly investigated and appropriate action for correction is taken. Responsible oversight for culture of safety and patient satisfaction.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
