Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a driven Business Analyst to join a health clients team to help deliver high-quality solutions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business needs, requirements, and processes of various domains and translating them into functional specifications and test cases. They will work closely with the development team, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet the expectations and standards. This role is hybrid in Richmond, VA.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Conduct business analysis and elicit requirements from clients and stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, etc.

　　- Document and validate the requirements using appropriate tools and methods such as user stories, use cases, wireframes, flowcharts, etc.

　　- Perform gap analysis and identify the best solutions to meet the business objectives and resolve the issues

　　- Collaborate with the development team and provide functional guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle

　　- Create and execute test plans and test cases to verify the functionality and quality of the solutions

　　- Provide training and support to the end-users and troubleshoot any issues or defects

　　- Communicate effectively and proactively with the clients, project managers, and other team members

　　Skills and Requirements

　　- 5+ years of experience as a functional Business Analyst or similar role

　　- Basic SQL experience and ability to modify/make sense of queries to then communicate with developers

　　- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

　　- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team - Experience working with GitLab, ServiceNow or MS Dynamics null
