　　Cepheid is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I responsible for performing software verification testing of software products as per medical device standards and regulations.

　　This position is part of Cepheid- Instrument software and will be located at Danaher India Development Center (IDC), Bengaluru, Hybrid. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Analyze and review of requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and perform verification based on the requirements

　　Design and implement test cases to verify software functionality

　　Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects. Document and report defects, ensuring clear and concise communication with development teams

　　Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features

　　Develop and maintain automated test scripts

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers& product owners, to ensure a seamless testing process.

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

　　5 years’ experience as Verification Test Engineer, with 1 year experience in automation

　　Prior experience in tools like HP ALM, confluence, JIRA, or any other similar tools

　　Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices

　　Experience in Agile development processes and methodologies

　　Experience in Health care domain

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　Experience in test automation with JAVA, Selenium & BDD Framework

　　Working experience with regulated medical devices
