This team is responsible for design, develop ment and maintenance of our aggregation data services and building testing automation and tools for our data pipeline and all the associated upstream services at PromoteIQ. 　　You will join a dynamic fast paced team ensuring our software releases are stable and meet our high-quality bar. Part of your responsibilities will include designing and development of high-quality and robust data pipelines and implementing automated tests while being vigilant about issues encountered during a test pass. You will become fine-tuned in assessing the impact of each bug on our customer's overall product experience. You will process, analyze and draw meaningful conclusions and build reports providing more confidence to deploy to production. 　　Responsibilities  

　　Participate in design discussions and collaborate to develop high-quality data pipelines and services.

　　Design, develop, and maintaindata pipeline with strong ownership and passion for automation.

　　Investigate, debug difficult problems and work towards solutions, including planning and documenting test approaches. 

　　Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a small, motivated team of engineers and product managers. 

　　Experiment with and recommend new technologies that simplify or improve PromoteIQ's stack. 

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:

　　BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field 

　　Demonstrated experience in software and data engineering with big data stack.

　　Ability to independently lead initiative, understand business needs, clarify requirements and communicate them with the team.

　　Report and document findings.

　　Expertise in Python or equivalent programming language [Java, C#etc]. 

　　Expertise in SQL and NO-SQL databases. 

　　Expertise and experience in testing Large Data Lakes and data warehouses.

　　Passion for automation,data quality enhancement and delivering stable releases to production.

　　Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to details. 

　　Highly organized, creative, and motivated about achieving results. 

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact and cross collaborate with different engineering teams. 

　　Experience in testing highly available Real-time data systems at scale and their supporting services

　　Experience in testing distributed systems or ETL data pipelines

　　Preferred Qualifications:
