We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Business Office Director based in the Bristol, New Hampshire area. This role operates within the education industry and encompasses a broad range of tasks, including accounting, contract negotiation, and handling business administration functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of accounting software systems and manage financial services.

• Handle contract negotiations and manage paperwork with various stakeholders.

• Lead the team to recreate fiscal year strategies and budget cycles.

• Manage the accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and billing functions.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for various office tasks.

• Address and resolve issues related to cyber security.

• Oversee collection processes and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Manage the purchasing process and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills.

• Lead teacher contract negotiation processes.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with accounting functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of billing functions

• Understanding of collection processes

• Ability to negotiate contracts

• Prior experience as a Business Office Director is preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
