Job Responsibilities:

Weave your magic by leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across several clouds including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.

Inspire young minds by mentoring emerging Salesforce developers, and fostering a team bustling with innovation.

Drive impactful discussions with various teams to extract requirements, define project scope, and formulate creative solutions.

Utilize Salesforce tools such as Apex coding and Lightning components to design and implement solutions.

Seamlessly synchronize data between Salesforce and other systems.

Administer code reviews to guarantee adherence to coding standards.

Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and advocate the adoption of new features.

Engage in agile development methods and redefine progress.

Shine as a Salesforce subject matter expert on the team.

Bridge the gap by communicating complex technical concepts to all stakeholders, technical or not.

Ensure flawless performance and stability of Salesforce applications.

Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Salesforce developer.

Proficient in Salesforce development tools like Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce DX.

Proven mentorship and leadership skills.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Experience with Agile development and Azure DevOps.
