Where and how will you serve customers?

Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a ProPrioritize safety in all responsibilitiesDrive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customerConduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkersServe as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and utilizing Orkin Pro expertise to recommend the most efficient and innovative solutionPrepare and install home or business services to include, but not limited to, attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiencyInteract with customers in their home or business by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfactionComplete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracyWhat type of benefits will you receive?
