　　The Seller Compliance Enablement team has a mission to protect customers by preventing illegal, unsafe, and non-compliant products from being listed in our store.

　　We work on behalf of our Selling Partners to improve their experience on their selling journey. As a Senior Risk Manager, you will help to govern the Seller Compliance Enablement team and will be responsible for establishing and scaling standards and governance mechanisms WW, develop and monitor metrics to measure the success of our programs along the Selling Partner journey, and review and support document writing and business reviews.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field.

　　5+ years of risk management, or relevant risk management working experience.

　　3+ years, interacting regularly and directly with senior executives.

　　Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, extracting conclusions, and presenting findings in a simple and clear manner.

　　Experience with communication in both written and verbal forms.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Master of Business Administration (MBA)

　　5+ years of audit, compliance, and enterprise risk management experience.

　　Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail and experience in preparing and leading business reviews for senior management.
