As a Senior Recruiter you will partner directly with Hiring Managers to hire world class engineering talent for the various business areas we have at Microsoft across EMEA. You'll assesses the business needs and competitive landscape to develop and execute hiring plans. You'll focus on delivering a great candidate experience supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle and identifies motivators to engage and close candidates.

Responsibilities
This is a 360 degree recruitment role, working and influencing stakeholders while also driving our diversity and inclusion agenda.
You will the Point of Contact (POC) aligned to one of our key Engineering Development Centers for the implementation of a short- and long-term hiring plan for complex engineering organizations, areas, or talent pools. You’ll also use a compelling message to differentiate Microsoft’s unique career possibilities.
By owning the entire candidate experience, you’ll prepare them for the next phase of the hiring process while proactively identifying factors that may adversely affect them. You’ll also create an innovative sourcing strategy, including ways to generate differentiated talent for a division, set of countries, or subsidiaries.
You will manage the candidate assessment framework and screening process, while identifying best practices for both. You’ll also maintain candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate systems, and lead the optimization of staffing policies throughout the organization.
You will move high-level candidates through the hiring process while ensuring their needs are met and driving solutions that balance the client’s needs. You’ll also present businesses with broad talent gaps and hiring needs, and market and channel insights to drive hiring plans.
You will need to analyse data and trends to provide insights to the business you support to influence hiring focus and outcomes (e.g compete, diverse, non-traditional).

Qualifications
Required Qualification:
Extensive talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND s talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role or equivalent experience.
Full cycle multicountry regional recruitment experience within EMEA.
