In the role ofAccount Rep III, you will be working in the Clinical Practice Servicesdepartment. You will provide guidance to determining appropriateallocation of payments, rejection, adjustments, claims submissionsand/or follow-up. Train team members and monitor for accuracy andefficiency. Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to billing issues.Assist in team planning, goal setting and meeting productivitydeadlines. Primary Functions Provide training for Account RepresentativeI and II\'s. Monitor and identify issues to improve performance andefficiency. Act as first line for team escalation process answeringoperational and training related questions. Assist in developing,writing, updating and implementing protocols. Give written and oralpresentation of new/updated information. Prepare minutes/notes fromvarious meetings and committees. Compile statistics and summarize datafor team, payers and special projects. Utilize data to makerecommendations to resolve issues and to assist in established goals.Work special projects as assigned by Supervisor. Assist with mail andsort of claims. Assist where needed on team to meet weekly goals.Preferred Schedule: Position Requirements: Knowledge - Skills -Abilities Calculator and numerical keyboarding experience, basicknowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and medical terminology; leadership abilities,excellent communication skills, problem solving skills; aptitude fortraining; ability to work independently. Ability to perform multipletasks in a high volume environment. In-depth knowledge of spreadsheetand word processing applications.
