This individual will work closely with the legal, payroll, andaccounting departments to support the firm in areas of compliance,compensation, and reporting. This position works 3 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the annual pay equity analysesResearches, writes, and implements new/updated policies to fit thefirm\'s needsTracks, reports, and monitors compliance with US and internationallegislationConducts monthly audits to ensure data is consistent and accurateSupports other ad hoc compensation projectsAbout You:
