　　Job Description

　　Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues.

　　Lead and oversee PMC Projects which include managing the following;

　　Defining the project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

　　Managing Project Plans, Schedules, and Work Execution

　　Managing and tracking project progress, performance, and milestones, identifying and resolving issues and risks in a timely manner.

　　Manage and motivate project teams, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.

　　Facilitate and minute project meetings and communications.

　　Manage project status reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders

　　Negotiate and resolve conflict among project team members and other stakeholders

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum 20 years' experience

　　Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

　　Mixed-use project experience is a must

　　Extensive experience managing PMC projects, teams, and budgets, as well as a proven ability to deliver results on time
