Our client, in the Aviation Industry is seeking a Sr Project Manager to join their team.

　　Job Title: Sr Project Manager

　　Location: Columbus, OH (Remote)

　　Pay Range: $75/hr

　　What’s the Job?

　　Advanced proficiency in all aspects of project management, including planning, RFPs, ROI analysis, resource management, project planning, risk and issue management, change management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.

　　Exceptional facilitation and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and influence cross-functional team members.

　　Capability to manage project teams dealing with multiple priorities.

　　Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

　　Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience presenting to executives.

　　Proven ability to identify, track, and mitigate project issues and risks, escalating as necessary.

　　Experience in managing teams of resources, providing guidance, ensuring alignment, and delivering effective feedback.

　　Proficiency in root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues and problems.

　　Strong familiarity with portfolio and project management processes and tools.

　　What’s Needed?

　　Possession of PMP certification and proficiency in managing projects using the waterfall methodology.

　　Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment.

　　Strong leadership abilities with an excellent aptitude for creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Project Schedules.

　　Over 5 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager or in a comparable role, overseeing medium to large-scale software development projects.

　　Track record of managing multiple, complex technology projects simultaneously for at least 2 years.

　　Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

　　Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies.

　　Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.

　　Preferred certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Organizational Change Management.
