Kforce client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to add to their team in Irvine, CA.Responsibilities include:

　　In this role, the Senior BSA will work as a liaison between business associates and development teams, act as a subject matter expert

　　Provide support and guidance to the development and testing team's involved in delivering business solutions

　　Active partnership with the business stakeholders to make recommendations to improve business processes, expand application features, resolve defects or enhance business capabilities

　　Responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of current and proposed business operations and partner with teams across IT to deploy, deliver, test and operate applications

　　The Senior BSA will identify opportunities to provide support in advancing the skillset and improving team practices and processes; Lead small to medium sized teams for a specific project, with a high scope and complexity

　　Provide system analysis documents to developers, UX designer, and QM for product implementation

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical degree

　　8 years of experience as a Business System Analyst conducting system requirement analysis and product implementation

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　Have analytical abilities to understand & translate business requirement into clearly defined system requirements and functional, non-functional specifications

　　Knowledge in Web app, API, SQL, JIRA, and Confluence

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
