Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, business partners, and fellow product managers

Earn trust with others and cut through ambiguity

Facilitate and participate in design thinking sessions with various technical and non-technical stakeholders

Assess and prioritize opportunities and constraints

Collaborate with mobile designers and engineers to rapidly iterate design prototypes and working applications

Produce materials for business partners and developers, including user flows, roadmap, and user stories

Drive ongoing and frequent iterative improvements while championing an experiment-focused culture

  Our preferred requirements:

  MBA

Experience with conducting discovery and user validation interviews

Experience working independently with internal stakeholders and clients

Experience working with product designers and software engineers

Strong product intuition with a passion for creating innovative, experience-driven products

Conviction to always do what's best for customers, with a humility to listen and learn.

Flexibility to adapt to change and influence in a dynamic environment

Exceptional communication skills with a proven record of creating, documenting, and presenting product strategies and features

Foundational, analytical, and technical: you can collect and analyze data from various sources, identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions

Develop strong technical knowledge to dive deep to troubleshoot customer issues

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home?
