　　We are currently offering a great opportunity to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities! The Arc of Ocean County is looking for a Group Home Manager to oversee a Residential Apartment Program in Toms River. Responsibilities include the overall management of daily activities of residents in the Group Home. Scheduling staff and ensuring that DDD standards are maintained throughout all facets of the Group Home. Must also recruit, hire, and supervise staff in the performance of their duties.

　　Schedule: Flexible to support program needs

　　Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour, Shift Differentials, On Call Bonus Pay, Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule, Overtime Availability

　　Requirements

　　Must be 18 years of age or older

　　Must have a Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points

　　At least two years experience working with Individuals with Disabilities

　　Previous experience working in Group Home setting

　　One year of Supervisory Experience

　　Education: High School Diploma or GED
