　　What will I do as a Client Insights Analyst?

　　As innovators in Big Data starting with point-of-sale (POS), Circana islooking for professional and sharp analytic minds to execute, analyze,and present findings to our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client\'scategory management and brand and trade marketing groups. Use yourenergy and motivation to evaluate research data, find key points, andrecommend action steps to directly impact the bottom line for ourclients.

　　What are the responsibilities of a Client Insights Analyst?

　　Client Insights Analysts at Circana possess and execute four key skillsets:

　　Analytic Capability: Use a systematic approach to solving problemsthat involve breaking them into smaller pieces, tracking theimplications of situations, generating multiple alternatives, andmaking comparisons of potential solutions before taking action.Quality Control: Drive to achieve high-quality results througheffective data integrity.Planning and Organizing: Determine effort and resources required tomeet objectives; able to plan, coordinate, and manage resourceseffectively to ensure task completion.Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind andfollow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client aremet.Qualifications:

　　- 3+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, categorymanagement, or related fields

　　- Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)company or other companies using syndicated or point-of-sale (POS) data

　　- Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevantimplications

　　- Experience with syndicated data

　　- Strong project management and process skills

　　- Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helpingsolve/manage content deliverables

We may ultimately pay more or lessthan the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Anemployee\'s position within the salary range will be based on severalfactors including, but not limited to, relevant education,qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority,geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales orrevenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, andbusiness or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is\$47,000 to \$80,000.
