Description:
The Operator is responsible for working with the production team in chocolate panning process which consists of first operating a manual machine that coats various candies, fruits, and nuts with chocolate, and then manually unloading the product into a carton and sending it into the warehouse. The amount of chocolate used in this process is determined by the production recipe provided by customers, and it is the Panning Operator’s responsibility to ensure all customer requirements are met. The role will also maintain all aspects of production runs during the shift and assist with shift transfer. The role must also ensure production standards are met and must submit accurate and detailed shift documentation.

Have your worked at or interviewed with Georgia Nut before (full time or through any agencies)
-Are you open to working the weekends, so 6-7 days a week when required
-Do you have any nut or chocolate allergies
-Can you lift 50 pounds consistently
-Are you comfortable wearing PPE’s (hair net, safety glasses, beard guards if they have facial hair, jackets)
-Are you ok cleaning tanks, so working with water and some chemicals for cleaning
-Can not wear jewelry at all in the plant (even piercings or fake nails are not allowed)
