　　WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

　　2+ years of Automotive Dealership Service Advisor Experience - REQUIRED

　　Exceptional customer service to all customers and vendors - REQUIRED.

　　Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment – REQUIRED.

　　Bilingual (English/Spanish) - PREFERRED

　　The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 - $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.

　　Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
