Your JobGuardian Glass is looking for two Senior Product Managers to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI!

　　As the world accelerating towards decarbonization in the power, mobility and building industries, Guardian would like to expand our presence in the energy conservation economy and ecosystem. The Senior Product Manager will focus on building new business (not just the product) in the solar and the technical glass sectors and will lead the organization into these new economies at speed and scale. This role will focus on identifying, prioritizing, and capturing opportunities in alignment with our profitable growth vision.

　　What You Will DoDevelop a short-term strategy to capture current market opportunities and develop a long-term strategic vision to grow these sectors at superior return on capitalDeliver the operating plan of identified opportunities and drive the P&L of the sectorsIdentify the technology and capability gaps and develop a road map to close the gaps and achieve sustainable margin growthConnect to the codes, legislations, market trends, business strategy, customer needs and competitive dynamics to drive profitable action in the enterpriseDevelop a point of view on technologies, products, customers, competitors and convert market trends into actionable product line strategiesEconomically evaluate all aspects of the opportunity ensuring value-based decisions are made and visible to the Stakeholder and Product TeamTranslate application and customer needs into product requirements and facilitate the execution of initiatives from design to commercializationCollaborate to close the gaps in the performance, accelerate transformation initiatives to drive the competitiveness and grow the margins in this spaceEnsure CAPEX, Materials and Process costs are in line with market conditions
