About the role: Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and non-standard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. This role is a hybrid position based out of our Arden Hills, MN facility or our Headquarters in Marlborough, MA. Your responsibilities will include: Administers bid preparations, process specifications, and other reports. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information. Prepares pre deal analysis determining cost/benefit analysis of new proposal. Presents deal recommendations to management. Using appropriate IS systems, implements, extracts and analyzes results of customer contract compliance and performance. Responsible for the successful management and completion of all projects assigned to within the department. Coordinates with Sales & Marketing on launch and price strategies. Manages punctual high volume price loads in accordance with approved strategies. Prepare reporting and analysis for sales and executive management. Effectively analyze sales and profitability results relative to contracts and economic programs. Actively seeks input from Finance, Marketing and Sales Management to better understand customer needs, perceptions, etc. Makes efforts to ensure that customer needs are understood and met by self and team.
