　　Your responsibilities

　　Play a key role in system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration of NetSuite Financials

　　Work closely with FP& A and accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

　　Periodically review and inspect the balance sheets and income statement accounts of Senior Accountants

　　Lead and supervise the accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure close deadlines are met

　　Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

　　Possess a thorough knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

　　Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes Requirements - Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers

　　Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　7+ years of recent relevant financial experience

　　CPA/MBA preferred

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　Proven technical skills

　　Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

　　GAAP Accounting experience

　　SAP experience

　　Merger integration experience preferred

　　Due diligence experience desired

　　Deep understanding of Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)
