About Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Microsoft) – EMEA

  ABOUT THE ROLE

  The Senior Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager - EMEA will be part of our growing Global Partner & Alliances team at EPAM. This role taps into your solid understanding of strategic Cloud partners (AWS, Microsoft, GCP, Oracle) and will see you engage with stakeholders, develop high-quality content and collaborate on sales-enabling campaigns. With your expertise in content creation, campaign execution and go-to-market strategies, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in an exciting industry and make a real difference in a measurable way.

  WHAT YOU’LL DO

  Contribute as a key member of the Cloud Partner Marketing team in EMEA, managing internal and external relationships and communication channels

  Take ownership of planning and managing marketing collateral for multiple partner technologies, including content for events, case studies, websites, social communication, email campaigns, and sales enablement kits related to strategic Cloud partners

  Coordinate with regional cloud partner sales and account managers to create sales enablement assets aligned with global cloud partner strategy

  Collaborate with regional business units, creating campaigns and sales enablement assets focused on global industry strategies through cloud partnerships, and measure their success in driving pipeline and revenue

  Work across departments in the corporate marketing team to ensure timely, on-brand, and high-quality completion of projects. Act as a Project Manager for events, content creation, and various marketing initiatives across teams

  Collaborate with Competency Center heads, Subject Matter Experts, Business Development leads, and Alliances team on go-to-market strategy, content creation, case studies, PR opportunities, and other Cloud partner-related activities. Generate proactive ideas to enhance messaging, marketing planning, and business development through diverse marketing activities

  WHAT YOU HAVE

  Undergraduate Degree

  At least 5 years of experience working in a systems integration, technology services or tech start-up company

  Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and matrixed environment where you learn on the go

  Agile and growth mindset, eager to learn and develop

  Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  Excellent content writing skills

  Project management experience

  Motivation to work independently and meet assigned deadlines

  Can-do, proactive attitude toward assignments
