DESCRIPTION

　　We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to be a pivotal member of our Advanced Analytics and Data Science team. You will be immersed in the projects focusing on customer-centric analytics, marketing technology integration, real-time decision-making, granular user engagement analysis and advanced data science & machine learning models. Your role will encompass everything from Customer 360 Analysis to developing state-of-the-art machine learning models for complex business challenges. 　　WHAT YOU’LL DO

　　Collaborate with business units to identify data-driven solutions

　　Lead or contribute to data science projects, showcasing your skills in R or Python and SQL

　　Contribute to the establishment of data science best practices

　　Share your expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions within the team and across the organization

　　Customer 360 Analysis (provide a holistic view of customer's interactions, preferences, and behavior)

　　Integrate Marketing Technology (enhance marketing strategies through technology integration)

　　Optimize real-time decision-making for personalized user experiences

　　Work with Advanced Data Science and Machine Learning Models

　　WHAT YOU HAVE

　　Strong theoretical knowledge of statistical models and analytical techniques

　　Proficient in Python, R and PySpark

　　Experience with AWS Sagemaker, GitHub

　　Experience in data processing with SQL

　　Extensive experience working with NBOs/NBAs is highly appreciated

　　NICE TO HAVE

　　Experience in managing data science projects with a deep understanding of the end-to-end workflow

　　Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

　　Background in the Telco domain
