　　SUMMARY

　　Develop and implement quality systems with an emphasis on productreturns, complaint management, and overall root cause and correctiveaction measures to drive the CAPA, optimize new product developmentwithin a manufacturing environment.

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Analyze system data to determine major contributors to poor performingprocesses

　　Part of cross functional team in developing and improving Qualityactivities

　　Acts as a subject matter expert for data acquisition and other Qualitysoftware

　　Performs other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their manager

　　Analyze production and supplier nonconformance data to determine cause

　　Analyze customer returns to determine underlying root causes in a timelymanner

　　Improve QMS procedures/documents that align with ISO Standards

　　Root cause analysis of CAPA process using DMAIC methodology and 8D/5 Whytools

　　Under supervision to create PFMEA and Capability Studies for customerdeliverables and to improve manufacturing processes

　　Review and verify Engineering/Customer prints

　　Requirements

　　REQUIRED

　　Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

　　0-3 years of Quality Engineering experience

　　Experience with measuring tools and Equipment

　　Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task

　　Basic knowledge of quality systems statistics, and sampling

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal

　　DESIRED

　　Masters degree preferred or Equivalent work experience

　　Manufacturing environment experience a plus

　　GD&T/Engineering prints a plus

　　Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems standards a plus
