We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our Travel Management Hub in Springwood. This crucial role involves managing all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation bookings. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all travel needs are met promptly and efficiently.
About the role:
Partner with CBRE employees and our external travel management provider in relation to all travel arrangements
Suggest itineraries that meet client requirements
Deliver high standard of customer service with proactive communication and calendar management
Other relevant tasks that may be incidental to the performance of this role
About you:
Demonstrated experience in travel coordination in a corporate environment
Relationship focused, with highly developed & polished communication skills
Committed, enthusiastic collaborator, with a willingness to work with diverse individuals in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), travel booking systems coupled with ability and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
