　　This is a Senior Operational Analyst role responsible for providing customer and application support across various efforts. Utilize software development and process improvements to implement effective methods of providing operational assistance to the Planning and Programming portion of the Department of the Navy PPBE process in the use of various PBIS web applications.

　　Provide expertise to support application functionality and recommend features to better support and automate the PPBE processes.

　　Evaluate and report on effectiveness of internal control systems; and recommending performance, control, and process improvements.

　　Implement, monitor, and maintain innovative procedures and practices.

　　You’ll Bring These Qualifications

　　Must be experienced in interfacing directly with customers.

　　Must demonstrate ability to provide professional and timely customer support in a fast-paced environment.

　　Must demonstrate ability to think innovatively in their work product and solutions.

　　Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

　　Active DoD Secret clearance.

　　These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

　　Experience supporting DoD or federal agencies.

　　Experience with DoD PPBE data and processes.

　　Security+ Certification.
