  Workplace Experience (WX) is responsible for the design, build, and operations of all Snap workspace globally. The team includes Portfolio Management, Design & Construction, Data, Technology & Planning, Workplace Operations, Food and Onsite Events.   We’re looking for a regional leader to join the Workplace Experience (WX) Team at Snap Inc! Based out of London, you will be the key leader of our Workplace Operations team, responsible for the delivery of workplace operations across our 33 offices in EMEA, MENA, and APAC regions. As the leader of our Workplace Operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office portfolio, ensuring it is operated and maintained to a high standard and in compliance with local, global and regional policies and guidelines. Working closely with a wide-array of internal teams as well as external partners, you will also play a key role in supporting the design and construction of new office spaces as well as supporting new programs to improve employee experience in our offices such as food. This role will partner closely with our third-party facilities/workplace team, as well as HR, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT, business leaders and other cross-functional partners to provide workplace services and programs that exemplify Snap’s values: Kind, Smart and Creative.

  What you’ll do:

  Lead a growing global team of on-site workplace operations managers (both internal Snap employees and external vendors)

  Be an ambassador of the overall workplace experience for all employees, ensuring Snap’s values and inclusive culture is translated into a welcoming and engaging workplace

  Oversight and responsibility for managing all day-to-day operations including onsite meetings & events, food, janitorial services, repair and maintenance, as well as warehouse management, mail operations, etc.

  Management responsible for the delivery of our food program (onsite cafes, catering, meal credits and micro-kitchens)

  Manage vendor performance with our 3rd party vendors, including but not limited to food service, facilities management, building engineering, and project management, to ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contracts and agreed standards

  Hire and develop a high performing team

  Oversee all workplace operations budgets for sites in the EMEA, MENA, and APAC regions

  Lead the development, ongoing management, tracking, and forecasting of annual operating and capital budgets, financial variance tracking, and operations expenses.

  Responsible for ongoing financial management including, invoice review and approval, partnering with procurement and other internal teams to meet requirements for purchasing & projects.

  Build and manage relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders, soliciting feedback to continuously improve the employee experience across all sites.

  Lead proactive communications on behalf of the Workplace Experience team our on-site leadership teams and office employees

  Lead the development of short and long-term tactical plans and programs for the innovation of workplace amenities and services

  Partner with Design & Construction peers to seamlessly deliver new office spaces, expansions, re-stacks and moves

  Lead implementation of experience related programs and develop guidelines, best practices, and standards for teams to use to drive consistency in services across all locations

  Proactively identify business needs, gain alignment on objectives, scope, timing, and resources

  Work with various internal teams to develop creative solutions and programs to address ever-changing business, employee and customer needs

  Partner closely with cross functional teams such as IT, Security, HR, and EHS to ensure all sites are operating in accordance to Snap standards

  Conduct regular, formal site condition inspections and work closely with responsible parties to ensure any deficiencies identified are resolved

  Oversee complex projects that drive improvements to the employee’s workplace experience

  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  Leadership with high performing geographically dispersed teams

  Ability to hire and develop great team members

  Experience with managing a regional facilities operations team preferred with knowledge of building systems, standard operating procedures and employee services.

  Demonstrates a self-motivated work ethic and urgency in fast-paced settings, coupled with self-starting initiative, creative thinking, and strong decision-making skills.

  Exhibits a high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, showcasing an extremely detail-oriented approach

  Excellent in both written and verbal communication, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  Someone who can work effectively on large-scale projects while simultaneously tending to often minute details and tasks

  Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

  Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

  A passion for Snapchat!

  Experience utilizing workplace, facilities and space management systems preferred.

  Process driven individual with a proven track record of identifying gaps and implementing new processes

  English speaking

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelors or equivalent years of experience

  10+ years of facilities management experience with an emphasis on facilities, office management, workplace services, customer service and event management

  The role requires regular onsite work at a Snap Office Location and travel to regional sites
