Position Responsibilities Oversee Uline\'s Backorderand Custom / Drop-Ship operations with a focus on quality, speed andaccuracy. Direct leaders on how to review and analyze department resultsto identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Monitorand report on gross profit, returns, vendor performance and customercomments. Guide and develop team leaders by meeting on performance,progress and improvement plans. Collaborate with Purchasing, Product andMarketing teams to improve customer service processes and identify newproduct opportunities. Build and maintain vendor relationships toexpedite problem resolution and improve overall service. MinimumRequirements Bachelor\'s degree. 5+ years of experience in CustomerService or Product Management, including 2-3 years of managementexperience. Knowledge of Order Entry, Purchase Order Systems andMicrosoft Office. Available for travel to Uline\'s North Americanbranches and to vendors.
