Summary of Objective:
PCI Pharma Services has implemented Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) solutions which support our global commercial and clinical operations, enabling effective management of financial, manufacturing, and warehousing via multiple platforms. The ERP role is responsible for team leadership, production support, solutions delivery, and overseeing core ERP functions within the systems, including order entry, finance, inventory management, manufacturing, fulfillment, and other areas. This position also supports the annual budgeting processes. To that end, PCI Pharma Services is seeking to hire an experienced ERP specialist for the role of the Senior Manager, ERP Operational Delivery, reporting to the Executive Director, Global Systems Transformation. Primary responsibilities of the Senior Manager, ERP Operational Delivery, Global ERP Solutions role includes being the main point of contact between business and ERP technology teams. Reviews, guides and leads new work requests requiring IT support, resourcing, and funding. Leads all major technical ERP initiatives involving our global business segments. IT technical resources will report to this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.
Oversees our global ERP platforms (JDE, Sage, and SAP Business One), teams and delivery processes, from requirements gathering through solutions design, development, testing, implementation, and support. Lead and coach a Team of IT Project Managers on day-to-day project deliverables and metrics. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ERP functionality, and end-to-end support of production operations Oversee production support and conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve ERP related issues as they arise Manage relationships with suppliers and assist with negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms Continuously improve ERP systems and processes to enhance efficiency and internal and external customer satisfaction Own the integrity of data in ERP systems and ensure data standardization and supporting processes across all business segments This position will ensure the successful delivery of all ERP solutions and therefore must have the ability to drive and influence the solution team, composed of internal staff, business counterparts, vendors and consultants, as well as oversea and drive solution designs. Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years related experience and/or training
College Level Mathematical Skills
Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
High Standard of Report Writing
Preferred:

Manage a team of 10+ direct reports (from Analyst to Team Lead level) including ongoing performance and project related outcomes
Leadership experience and relevant application expertise in ERP systems (JDE, SAP B1, and Sage nice to have) including the application and tools level, client interfaces and middleware integrations, application infrastructure and ERP architecture
Knowledge in the principles and best practices of enterprise business system functionality with at least 6 years of direct ERP experience in roles as defined above.
Manages ERP implementations according to detailed software (SDLC) plans such as: scope, requirements, design, prototype concept, configuration, development, infrastructure plan, test plan, communication plans.
Designing and configuring ERP software to solve business needs with best practices in mind: inclusive of; Business cases development, test planning and test script development and execution
Elicitation of functional business and system requirements for determining and understanding functional specifications
Documents detailed functional and design specifications and adheres to ERP methodology and standards
Identifies and documents business processes using process models (swim-lane, activity diagrams) including “as-is” (current state) and “to-be” (future state).
Performs or leads fit gap analysis to develop options for gaining process efficiencies or defining and delivering enhanced functionality
Provides process, leadership, and project management to develop policies, procedures and standards based on IT/ERP best practices and ensures conformance with departmental and enterprise objectives.
Provides sound judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness; proven ability to ensure an effective work structure to maximize productivity and achieve goals
Leads and manages the use of automated scripts for configuration items and migrating through testing, environment syncs, and/or project release for go-live deployment
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to operate effectively across organizational boundaries; ability to establish and maintain effective teams, partnerships and working relationships in a multi-cultural environment
Experience in Agile Project Management or Iterative Development desirable
Excellent command of written and spoken English with exhibited persuasive presentation skills
Vendor Management experience is desirable
