The Senior Manager of Digital Engagement in Sherwin-Williams Consumer Brands Group is responsible for driving successful voice of consumer engagements in the online engagement platforms inclusive of social, online chat, email, CRM, and ratings and reviews. of iconic brands such as Valspar, Minwax, Krylon and HGTC Home by Sherwin-Williams. This cross-functional positions achieves results through facilitation and collaboration with key stakeholders from across the business, agency partners and information technology.Reporting into the Director of Digital Marketing, the Senior Manager of Digital Engagement is a subject-matter advisor to digital and brand teams, developing their voice of the consumer strategy, rollout and deployment of plans. This role is highlight influential into online engagement platform iterations encouraging a test and learn approach. Working closely with Brand teams, IT teams and UX research to provide recommendations and implement of engagement platform projects. To be successful in this role you will 1) have a broad knowledge of social marketing engagement platforms and email marketing; 2) develop influential partnerships with brand, agency and IT teams; and 3) coach Social Operations and Email teams to grow and expand their careers within S-W. This is a managerial role with direct reports in different offices.A hybrid working environment should be expected - working from home a couple of days and in office a few days weekly.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:In partnership with marketing and sales teams, oversee division-wide social media voice of the customer activities across brands and channels by tracking strategies, results, content calendars and desired roadmaps.Serve as the digital product manager responsible for the ideation, implementation, launch, and ongoing optimization of VOC and social-oriented platforms that include user generated content, online chat, ratings and reviews, and email and CRM program.Identify and report on key measures, metrics, tracking and reports for monitoring and evaluating social experiences and email programs.Represents division in corporate-wide committees and serves as an advisor on social, VOC, and CRM methods across the division.Leads team of direct reports and manages activities of external agencies and vendors.EDUCATION:Required: Bachelor's DegreeKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Required:5-7 years' experience in digital marketing, specializing in social media and email marketing.3+ years' managerial experience.Knowledge of social content scheduling and community management platformsKnowledge of Marketo and Salesforce or similar email marketing & CRM toolsA creative problem solver with a change-for-the-better mindset.Detail oriented with excellent follow-through and a hands-on approach to directing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly.Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, keeping a positive attitude and fostering team spirit.A blend of agency and corporate experience, or that understands the differences between the two.Collaboration tools like Jira and ConfluenceExperience working in cross-functional teams and agencies (IT, media, creative, development and product owners)Develop strong and trusting relationships with the core business teams, primarily Brand, as well as Product and Channel marketing to ensure that digital marketing activities and operations are driving revenue and efficiencies while supporting key business goals for Sherwin-Williams Consumer Brands Group (CBG) divisionPreferred:UX experience or formal educationStrong understanding of digital analytics and how they can be collected, reported and used to influence day-to-day marketing activities as well as overall digital strategy and operations.Supported or worked f
