　　SENIOR Network Product manager

　　Position Summary

　　At the heart of our global business, Ensono Product Managers work with clients, sales, solution architects, engineers, legal, finance and operational support staff to research, define, guide development of and maintaining client-facing managed services within our overall service portfolio. Our team of product managers is working together to expand our market leading portfolio of Hybrid IT managed services – both technically and commercially.

　　Position reports to the Director Product Management.

　　Key Areas of Focus for this Role

　　Define product roadmap and identify ways to enhance client experience

　　Contribute to the development and maintenance of Ensono’s global product strategy

　　Product ownership of a variety of Ensono managed services throughout their lifecycle; concept phase, business case, product development, product evolution and enhancement, product retirement / replacement

　　Understand, identify, and react to trends in the market

　　Actively engage across our business, with clients and advisor community to understand and document their business challenges, test, and refine Ensono’s product strategy and product development roadmap

　　Demonstrably strengthening Ensono’s managed services proposition, position in the market and associated revenues

　　Contributing to Ensono sales proposals, tender responses, and sales presentation delivery

　　Building relationships with key technology vendor / partners

　　Undertaking market research about relevant application and cloud services, IT managed services and competitors; appropriately communicating findings within Ensono

　　Commercial aspects of product management including creation of business cases, cost/price modelling and some contractual aspects

　　Building effective working relationships across Ensono’s global business, particularly with sales teams, solution architects, operational teams, technology & standards, and consulting staff – being seen as Ensono’s client-facing product leader for a subset of our portfolio

　　Producing content for white papers, Ensono website, company blog and other thought-leadership materials, working closely with the Ensono marketing team who are responsible for their publication

　　Authoring key product / service documentation including vision, requirements catalogue, product service descriptions, commercial considerations, product roadmap and other collateral as may be required

　　Required Qualifications

　　Probably spent a considerable proportion of your career to date in one of the following environments:

　　Client-facing technology roles such as solution architecture or technology consulting but with a strong commercial awareness and interest

　　Product management roles, either product marketing or technical product management

　　A can-do attitude to analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving complex challenges in a collaborative manner

　　Self-motivation and the ability to influence others to enable successful delivery of service development projects

　　Experience documenting business and service requirements and converting them into high-level solution designs

　　Deep knowledge across a wide portfolio of IT infrastructure, applications and security products and services – with real world implementation and/or delivery experience

　　Existing vendor relationships and a broad knowledge of the managed services provider ecosystem

　　A solid understanding and experience of IT managed services and outsourcing, general IT operations and service management, including an appreciation of ITIL and DevOps

　　Knowledge

　　Excellent understanding of Hybrid Cloud Networks and Remote Management services

　　Excellent understanding of Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, F5, A10 and VMware networking products and services

　　Strong understanding on Network, Compute, Virtualization, Storage and Backup services

　　Strong understanding of Network Service components such as Switches, Router, Load Balancers, Firewalls and Circuits

　　Exposure on Hyperscale/Public Cloud, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, products, and services

　　Knowledge on security services

　　Good understanding of the Agile and ITIL Frameworks.

　　Good understanding of Modern IT methods such as CI/CD

　　Skills

　　Passionate about Hybrid Cloud Network technologies

　　Demonstrated experience and a passion for identifying and solving complex problems

　　Excellent client facing capability with the required communication skills (verbal and written).

　　Confidence in liaising with personnel at all levels

　　Ability to multi-task with accuracy and work well within required timescales

　　Ability to document processes and procedures in a clear, concise, and logical manner

　　Ability to interpret data and to present information in a variety of formats

　　Work in an organized and efficient manner without close supervision with a strong attention to detail as part of a global team or as an individual

　　Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and drive

　　Experience

　　3+ years of Product Management experience

　　10+ years’ experience in the IT Sector with appeal for those who have a background in Managed Services

　　Professional Certifications are not required but a plus
