Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Plant will deliver value chains focused on organization, culture, leadership skill building, consistent employee and manager experience and sustain a high performance and learning culture. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists to execute and deliver employee experience services such as onboarding, local training delivery, proactively coach leaders in partnership with the functions, local employee engagement and recognition programs. You will play an important role engaging local stakeholders and global functional leaders to drive key initiatives through strong partnership as part of your daily work while inspiring team members to commit on high quality deliverables for managers and employees.
Key Accountabilities
Partner with key leaders on the execution of moderately complex local people and culture plans.
Support the identification and implementation of solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention to increase productivity and mitigate people risks for the plant while also building an inclusive culture.
Lead and deploy workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.
Communicate and champion diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices in plant locations.
Leverage multiple reports and dashboards to measure and analyze human resources and business performance metrics at plant locations.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries, triage everyday grievance or workforce matters, support leave management, medical/religious accommodations and manage on site audits.
Independently solve issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suits.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in labor relations and contract negotiations
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
