　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SAP Finance Business Analyst to join our team in the Ft. Detrick, MD area.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT Operations, to gather and understand business requirements related to key DoD medical logistics functions, specifically related to finance

　　Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within the equipment and maintenance domain, utilizing SAP capabilities and best practices.

　　Work with customers to design and configure SAP solutions, particularly in Finance and Controlling (FICO), to streamline processes, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance overall logistics efficiency.

　　Perform testing, and documentation to support process improvements and business requirements.

　　Assist teams in troubleshooting and resolution of SAP-related issues

　　Collaborate with other SAP consultants and vendors when necessary, ensuring seamless integration and performance of SAP modules."

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Experience with large scale agile approaches such as SAFe

　　At least 3 years experience as a SAP Business Analyst

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Demonstrated ability to communicate well, understand business objectives and translate them into technology solutions

　　Bachelors degree

　　At least 5 years of commercial and/or military supply chain experience in production planning and execution, transportation, warehousing and distribution, materials management and accounting

　　Experience in the SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module (e.g., General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting)"

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Relevant certifications in SAP

　　SAFe certifications such as SAFe Agilist, SAFe for teams, etc."

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Must be a U.S. Citizen; Can obtain a Public Trust clearance; and will be subject to a Tier 3 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility only. Candidates who have recently completed T3 investigations are a plus.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
