　　Duties & Responsibilities: Nondestructive examination and analysis of returned products. Development of hypotheses, and design of experiments to test hypotheses. Work with other functional departments. Work with outside resources to ensure good technical designs of products. Reporting of examination findings and the results of testing hypotheses to product integrity management.

　　BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, EIT desired. Strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CAD; SolidWorks, Finite Element Analysis. Hands-on laboratory capabilities. Desire to research and seek out knowledge not currently held. Fundamental understanding of nondestructive failure analysis techniques. Possess the capability to comprehend and apply engineering and logical scientific reasoning principles to solve a wide range of problems.
