Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition Excellence's Tools and Technology team (TnT) is seeking a Senior Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Tech Solution Manager to act as an individual contributor leading an exciting body of work to implement a new family of systems to support our talent acquisition technology. This role will offer a unique opportunity to combine modernized recruiting platforms for a global technology company with up and coming generative AI technologies and those of our partner organizations. This role will work directly with our GTA Functional Operations, Early in Profession, Human Resources (HR) Digital Tranformation and Micrsoft Digital Employee Experience Engineering organizations to synthesize world class hiring solutions.

Responsibilities
The Senior Global Talent Acquisition Tech Solution Manager is responsible for identifying and analyzing internal client and partner business needs, and translating those needs into business requirements and value-added solutions and solution roadmaps. You will develop a comprehensive vision and scope for the solution, develop the business case, choose appropriate methods for achieving solution value, perform requirements elicitation, identify the solution risk approach, and facilitate stakeholder agreement and solution sign-off. Additionally, you will be responsible for technical system configuration, partnering with digital engineering to develop core integrations and customer solutions, working with global talent acquisition program managers who design functional requirements, leading and/or supporting release management and user acceptance testing.
This role's focus will be building next generation scaled hiring technical solutions scaling across an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationships Management (CRM) platform in support of Microsoft's Early in Profession (EIP) program, Engineering and Go-to-Market hiring event workflows and large scale recruitment campaign management to meet the goals of global scaled hiring programs and actions.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
9+ years experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations, HR technology, HRIS or related field
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 7+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR technology, HRIS or related field
2+ years experience with configuration and administration of core TA technology platforms to include Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationships Management Systems (CRM) and/or Talent Intelligence technologies in addition to experience with integrations between these platforms and HRIS systems
Preferred Qualifications
Deep domain knowledge and experience of workflows and processes for early in profession programs at large global organizations including the configuration and management of tools and technology supporting volume recruiting and events
Experience working with large organizations who use position management to drive large scale hiring actions requiring multi hire requisition structures and downstream workflows
General understanding of the use of generative AI and its application to recruiting processes and technology
Proven track record of innovating and optimizing recruiting process and technology
HR Shared Services Ops Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $142,200 - $213,200 per year.
