　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　This is a 31 bed all adult acute care – crisis stabilization unit. We provide care for patients that require medication management, group therapy/individual therapy, and assist with getting set up with outpatient services.

　　The RN Registered Nurse assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

　　Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact required.

　　BLS required prior to orientation completion.

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

　　Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

　　Six months mental health RN experience preferred
