JOB REQUIREMENTS: What you will do We are looking for a skilledJourneymen Chiller Mechanic who has worked in commercial, industrial,and/or institutional markets to join our team. Candidates should have aminimum of 5 years\' chiller experience, with knowledge of maintenanceprocedures, trouble shooting, and rebuilds of medium-large tonnagechillers of all brands. Howyou will do it You will be assigned primaryservice accounts and responsibility for executing contract maintenancevisits, inspections, site assessments, service requests and recommendingnecessary upgrades or repairsin order toprolong the equipment life cycleof our customers equipment. You willestablish& maintain a positiverelationship with customers,vendorsand co-workers through effective oraland written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face.You will be expected toprovidequote estimates for labor & materialrepairs and upgrades as needed. You willrepresentthe company by servingas the direct customer contact andbe responsible forservicing productsand equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfactionbyidentifying, analyzing,diagnosingand repairing equipment and systemsat customer\'s location. You willbe requiredto usecutting-edgesoftwareand technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, rigging equipment,following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose andrepair equipment. You will be expected to continually enforce safety tothe highest standards andmaintainsecurity and accountability of companyissued andprocuredassets by recording use,wearand conditions. You willbe expected to work as part of a team who is dedicated to delivering thehighest standard of service to all its customers which may require theflexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires,including occasional overnight stays.
