  As a Senior Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver sales training to enhance global sales team effectiveness. You will also assist new hires, reps, and managers to improve sales performance and skill development.

  Responsibilities

  Implementing top instructional techniques, technology, and adult education methodologies

  Collaborating with leaders to develop ever evolving training curriculum to meet the needs of each sales organization

  Creating engaging sales training programs that onboard new hires and develop experienced sales professionals

  Developing high-quality training content such as presentations, role playing activities, reference guides, and takeaway materials

  Facilitating engaging training sessions and incorporate subject matter experts to provide valuable perspectives

  Maintaining training content library and deploy content in multiple forms of media

  Providing coaching and mentorship to sales professionals at all levels to reinforce training concepts

  Monitoring and evaluating training programs and implement enhancements as needed. Monitor and implement top techniques, technology, and adult education methodologies

  Requirements

  Have outstanding results in sales, sales enablement, and/or sales training expertise.

  Possess multiple sales techniques: Challenger, MEDDIC, Solution Selling, Consultative Selling, and Value-Based Selling.

  Have excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

  Have instructional design skills and experience developing training curricula.

  Be able to work remotely with 25% travel for training throughout North America is possible.

  Possess exceptional leadership, collaboration, and teambuilding abilities.

  Have a relevant educational background.
