Kforce's client, a well established and growing international manufacturer located in the Holland/Zeeland/Grand Rapids, MI area is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their corporate finance team. This position will report to the Finance Manager and is a partial remote work environment with ability to work up to 2 days remote.Essential Functions:

　　Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial planning, reporting, accounting, and business analysis processes necessary to support Company objectives

　　Ensures all financial reports and analysis comply with appropriate accounting principles and company policies, accurately reflect condition of business, and provide reliable information necessary to control operations

　　Actively leads monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual audit, and budgeting processes

　　As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead roles on Materials reporting and planning, Purchase Price Variance reporting and planning, assisting in driving cost reductions, leading in setting standards

　　Position will support two SG&A groups and support the working capital improvement initiatives

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance

　　Master's in Business Administration

　　CPA or CMA certification

　　Five or more years of professional accounting, finance, and analytical experience with progressively expanding duties

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
