　　Implementing a new HCM or Financials system is a significant transition for any company. At Workday, we realize that testing plays a significant role in ensuring the deployment's success leading to an exceptional customer experience. Our Workday's Testing Services team supports the testing workstream in our deployments across all industries and sizes and helps our customers meet their transformation objectives.

　　About the Role

　　The Senior Engagement Manager, Higher Education will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology. They will lead/manage mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. They will also support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management, based on field experience, as to how to potentially enhance the Workday Deployment Methodology.

　　About You

　　Basic Qualifications (Must Haves): Senior Engagement Manager, Higher Education

　　5-8 years of project management experience leading Higher Education ERP deployments using Workday Student or similar technologies (such as Ellucian Banner).

　　5 years of consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.

　　3-5 years of project management experience leading Higher Education ERP deployments using Workday Student or similar technologies (such as Ellucian Banner).

　　A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.

　　Other Qualifications

　　Solid background in Unit and End-to-End testing cycles in Workday's deployment methodology.

　　Understanding of technical design documents, configurations, integrations and data conversion

　　Previous background in consulting with prior experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet etc.

　　Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with proficiency in partnering with various internal teams and customers

　　Ability to work across different Workday SKU's

　　Resourceful and adaptable; you'll be comfortable working in a new role, using a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy

　　Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
