  The business reporting analyst lead will drive the development and execution of data, reporting and analytics strategies for the Workplace Solutions organization. You will enable insights that allow our partners to understand the Key Performance Indicators for our programs supporting our Modern Workspace program and non-retail workplace strategies. You will work cross-functionally to develop ETL processes and reporting tools to enable business decisions.

  As lead reporting analyst, you will…

  Be a dynamic, insightful storyteller: Know your space and your customers so that you nail the storytelling every time, no matter who is listening to the story or how they are listening,

  Never be satisfied with the status quo: Employ growth mindset and continuous improvement when it comes to assessing and improving how the team operates and the quality of what we deliver,

  Be a masterful needle-in-a-haystack finder: You love to roll up your sleeves and find that needle and do not give up until you not only find the needle, but you also understand how the needle got there and you identify solutions for how to prevent the needle from getting lost in the first place,

  Be a thought leader in your space: Represent our business unit, department or functional area on cross-functional project teams; provide functional expertise to assess potential financial and operational impacts

  We’d love to hear from people with:

  Data visualization and scorecarding – 5 years

  Requirements gathering and business process documentation – 5 years

  Data transformation & modeling – 3 years,

  Data management and analysis – 3 years

  Project Management – 3 years

  Proven track record of innovative problem-solving – 3 years

  Strong understanding of database & business system architecture

  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  Ability to work independently on more complex business problems

  Ability to balance multiple complex projects and priorities and meet deadlines

  Strong systems/reporting analytical and problem-solving skills

  Ability identify innovative solutions to complex business problems; persistence and skills to find a solution where others have failed
