As a Senior Dry Etching Process Engineer you initiate and work on process engineering & development projects in the area of dry etching for integrated thin film applications, products and processes for internal and external customers with the purpose of delivering baseline processes.

　　Your role:

　　As a Senior Dry Etching Process Engineer you have ownership of (almost) all dry etching equipment in the cleanroom, meaning maintaining the processes at a good and stable level. You are responsible for the application and development of (new) dry etching processes, mostly within the context of a project.

　　You will be part of a highly motivated and skilled team of (Senior) Process Engineers and Technicians at High Tech Campus (Eindhoven), who have decades of experience in supporting customers both inside and outside Philips, ranging from major companies and institutes like ASML, NXP, Holst to highly innovative start-ups. The MEMS Foundry Process Engineering group is part of the MEMS department within MMD and consists of about 70 experts (LBO/MBO/HBO).

　　You're the right fit if:

　　Experience in process engineering & development and in working with or leading project teams in a technological area. Minimum 5 years dry etching experience is a must.

　　Knowledge of fundamental tools (DOE, SPC, FMEA, Problem Solving, Teamwork, etc.), required in an engineering environment.

　　A Master or Bachelor degree in the area of the exact sciences.

　　In-depth knowledge of dry etching technology used for thin film processing.

　　Excellent communication skills, professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
