Lead the coordination of department programmonthly reviews to validate progress or adherence to delivery timelines,deadlines and identify areas of risks. Leads the execution ofdepartments\' communication plan focused on promoting clarity withinteam and with business collaborators. Responsible for coordinatingregular updates and use of Jira and Jira Align in support of programmanagement related activities. Provide leadership support and strategicoversight in all Human Resources related topics - Performance Objectivessettings, Trainings, Diversity and Inclusion metrics, compliance, etc.Supports a sophisticated area of the business, resolvesinter-dependencies across the organization, and facilitates work ofnotable risk and complexity within own area and across the business.Identifies and works cross-functionally to remove barriers that preventrealization of the departmental / function strategy. Provide leadershipin ensuring strong strategic alignment with digital products, and othertechnical partners to reduce risk and enhance business value results.Monitor business AIP and OKRs to ensure engineering results are focusedon driving business value. Business Operations Responsible for strategyand planning to align business operations with the company\'soverarching strategy, mission, and goals. Identifies gaps between idealand current state of operating model and recommends solutions to closethe gaps. Facilitates execution of departmental/functional operatingmodel to improve the health of the organization. Exhibits expert levelconceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
