  Job Description:

  Responsible for developing and delivering change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Requires advanced communication skills with expertise in written messaging and communication tools. It's also imperative that the candidate demonstrates exceptional relationship management skills with experience in leading meetings and collaborating with various levels of the organization and enterprise, both face-to-face and remotely. This position requires a combination of crafting exceptional communication and contributing to effective change management initiatives throughout the process management community. This position is also responsible for providing complex support for the Enterprise Process Management Methods team, contributing to the development of communications and digital media for workshops, training, onboarding, and other collaboration events.

  Responsibilities

  Develops and maintains communication channels, including digital signage, websites, email distribution, social media, image and graphics editing, etc.Contributes to content development and supports leadership communications, including presentations, speeches, articles, etc., to external and internal audiences. Writes, edits, and/or proofreads materials as needed, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand personality are appropriate. Provides regular content for internal communication channels.Develops change management strategies that support the adoption of the changes required by a project, initiative, or regulatory change. Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders to determine the best way to implement and communicate changes.Analyzes results and makes proactive and thorough recommendations on change and communication results-integrating metrics into projects to measure user satisfaction, knowledge retention, message acceptance, and application of change.Prioritizes projects, message development and delivery, and is responsible for strong decision making to ensure output supports department and organizational objectives. Determines appropriate channels to communicate changes and updates.

  Minimum Qualifications

  At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  High School Diploma or GED4+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Call Center, Customer Service, or related field, including team leadership

  Compensation:

  The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
