　　Introduction:

　　A senior associate in the data strategy team specializes in data mining, analytics and data visualization within the Global Asset Utilization and Performance Management organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data strategy, advanced analytics techniques, and expertise in translating complex data into visually compelling insights. This role requires a self-starter who can identify gaps and be proactive in thinking out of the box and being action-oriented.

　　Your Job :

　　Ensure data integrity, quality and ensure compliance with data confidential and security regulations

　　Preview critical data and establish processes to formalize data across the organization

　　Drive innovation within the team to apply creative technical approaches to ensure quality data analytics and reporting

　　Work together with a cross-organizational team to establish common KPIs to measure project management performance and health and to report to senior management

　　Own reporting, progress control and definition of mitigating actions as required of strategic and transformation initiatives for all executive engagements

　　Develop clear and logical arguments for or against specific business opportunities

　　Support operations teams to define, implement and maintain consistent PowerBI dashboards

　　Other Responsibilities:

　　Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

　　Provide strategic direction and guidance to the department. Set goals, define KPI and ensure the team is aligned with the organization’s objectives.

　　Required Qualifications :

　　Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or statistics

　　3-6 years of experience in related professional field

　　Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Experience in data mining, data analytics and statistical modeling techniques

　　Self-driven personality with exceptional analytical skills, structured work style and ability to understand complex matters quickly

　　Project management skills – planning & driving execution/implementation

　　Proficiency in MS Office Suite

　　Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience in driving strategic programs

　　Financial modeling skills including ability to connect operational metrics with financial results
