Role and Responsibilities

　　Allocate workload and manage maintenance staff.Develop maintenance team as necessary to improve skill sets.Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.Schedule and oversee all PM activities.Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.Ensure all plant equipment is functioning properly and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Observe & follow all safety policies and procedures in compliance with the organizational rules, while seeking continuous improvement. Responsible for his/her safety as well as that of his/her colleagues.Actively supports all Standard Technology activities, i.e. failure analysis etc.Familiarity with ISO standards and requirements.Exercises independent judgment as needed.Qualifications and Requirements

　　5+ years' experience in maintenance management roleStrong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systemsPrefer background in electrical and welding troubleshooting ability to keep track of and report on activityExperience in planning maintenance operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent leadership and management skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership abilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with staff membersCompetent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
