Job Summary: The Account Manager II oversees assignedGenerac accounts and associated support organizations. The AccountManager II has the responsibility to develop short- and long-range goalsfor assigned accounts and lead Generac clients to achieve objectives.This role acts as the primary corporate contact to manage relationships,execute new growth strategies, integrate field efforts, and upholdmargins with key accounts. The base salary range for this position is\$60,000 - \$90,000 based on relative experience. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Conducts market research, analyzing competitivelandscape to identify opportunities Develops tactical sales plan withshort- and long-range objectives for assigned account sales Evaluatesand improves internal and external processes Drives field sales agentsto optimize performance through the creating of business plans that canbe executed to provide high customer value Works with Marketing tointroduce new products and programs to increase market share and brandawareness Acts as primary contact for customer contacts and expeditesidentified issues. Develops new customers Works with clients to developsales and promotional opportunities to generate revenue. Develops andprovides product knowledge training to all levels of management andsales agents Manages information to key internal personnel from customersystems Creates and presents channel specific programs and promotions tokey accounts and decision makers to increase sales Manages projects toimprove new sales opportunities or expand upon current accounts. Managesproduct line reviews (PLRs) Strengthens account relationships to growsales of existing and new products Develops and executes effectivelaunch plans for converted accounts Communicates routinely with NationalAccount Manager Facilitates routine communications between the accountand supporting dealer network for installations and aftermarket servicesDevelops and maintains potential customer targets, updating routinelyKeep updated on online product offerings and general content Overseesany issues with order management Minimal Qualifications: Bachelor\'sDegree or equivalent work experience 4 years retail account experiencein sales or marketing Ability to travel up to 50% PreferredQualifications: 4 years of experience in the relevant assigned channelor customer area (for...
