　　 Your Role and Responsibilities

　　In the role of Senior Associate Consultant (m/f/d) , you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statement s , review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation and testing. For high complexity projects, you will perform configuration, build application/process solution, implement deployment plan s and resolve data migration and cut-over user issues. You will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. 　　 SQL Server & Data Data modeling and database design Indexing strategy Performance o ptimization and t uning c apabilities Partitioning data implementations Metadata management and repository usage Database schema creation and management Backup and recovery Ensuring data integrity Ensuring h igh availability and d isaster recovery SQL code reviews with ability to dissect query plan, T-SQL code Sargability of statements Procedural skills Data security Data e ncryption Auditing Replication of data SQL Edition and version differences with discontinued and deprecated features Upgrade process Storage management techniques Data e ngine c apacity planning General database management, p olicy based management Extended events and t races Basic l icensing and support scenarios Desirable Technical Expertise: Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management (5+ yrs experience) At least five or more project experience Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy Experience in troubleshooting Active Directory Windows Failover Clustering SQL Server Reporting service SQL server Integration Service SQL Server Analysis Service PowerShell\Scripting experience Microsoft Exchange Server Deep understanding in Exchange server architecture 2010\2013\2016 Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server 2010\2013\2016 Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management. Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
